Pay for Kinetic Kids Holiday Camps with Tax-Free Childcare & Childcare Vouchers
How to Book Using Tax-Free Childcare or Childcare Vouchers

Step 1 – Choose Your Kinetic Kids Camp Dates
Visit:
www.kinetickidsacademy.co.uk
Log into your booking account and add all of the dates you would like your child to attend to your basket.
This could include dates for our:
- Sports & Activity Camps
- Arts & Crafts Camps
- School Holiday Camps
Once you have added all of your required dates, check the total cost shown in your basket.
We recommend taking a screenshot of your basket at this stage.
Please do not complete payment through the website yet.

Step 2 – Make Your Tax-Free Childcare or Childcare Voucher Payment
Log into your Tax-Free Childcare account or Childcare Voucher provider and make a payment for the full amount shown in your Kinetic Kids basket.
Depending on your provider, you should be able to find us using one of the following registered names:
Kinetic Kids BGS Academy (Bexley Grammar School)
or
Kinetic Kids EW Academy (East Wickham)
Please select whichever Kinetic Kids Academy account is available through your childcare payment provider.

Step 3 – Screenshot Your Payment Confirmation
Once you have submitted your Tax-Free Childcare or Childcare Voucher payment, please take a screenshot of the payment confirmation.
Please make sure the screenshot clearly shows the amount you have paid.

Step 4 – Email Your Payment Confirmation to Kinetic Kids
Email your payment screenshot to:
info@kinetickidsacademy.co.uk
Please include:
- Your child’s full name
- The amount you have paid
- Your payment confirmation screenshot
This allows us to identify and verify your payment.

Step 5 – Receive Your Kinetic Kids Discount Code
Once your payment has been received and verified, Kinetic Kids Academy will email you a discount code for the corresponding payment amount.
You can then return to our website and use this code to complete your camp booking.

Step 6 – Complete Your Holiday Camp Booking
Log back into your Kinetic Kids booking account and check that all of the dates you originally selected are still in your basket.
Enter the discount code we have provided and complete your booking.
Your child’s place is only confirmed once the online booking has been completed.
Using Tax-Free Childcare for School Holiday Camps
Tax-Free Childcare can be a great way for eligible families to reduce the cost of school holiday childcare.
Kinetic Kids Academy provides holiday camps offering a range of activities, including sports, games, physical activities and dedicated Arts & Crafts Camps at selected venues.

Important Information About Tax-Free Childcare Bookings
Making a Tax-Free Childcare or Childcare Voucher payment does not automatically reserve a place at a Kinetic Kids Academy camp.
Places at our school holiday camps can sell out, particularly during February Half Term, Easter, May Half Term and the Summer Holidays.
We therefore strongly recommend arranging your childcare payment and completing your online booking as early as possible.
